Hi, I'm Arlene
I am a board-licensed naturopathic doctor, birth doula and lactation expert. With a special interest in fertility, reproductive health and pregnancy, I help people gather the tools they need to grow their families.
I provide health care to make you feel heard and understood. We will support the goals that you want to achieve in the way you want to achieve them. We will always talk about nutrition, stress-management and supplements to help you feel your best.
